About My Practice

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy grounded in the belief that our present experiences are shaped by our past—by early relationships, emotional environments, and the meanings we've made along the way.

Together, we slow down to understand what is happening beneath the surface: the patterns that repeat, the thoughts that feel difficult to shift, and the emotions that may feel overwhelming, muted, or hard to access. Through this process, we begin to bring awareness to the internal dynamics that influence how you relate to yourself and others.

My Approach

My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I attend to both what is spoken and what remains outside of awareness, creating space to explore the full range of emotional experience—including grief, anger, ambivalence, and vulnerability.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and difficult life transitions. I also support individuals in exploring patterns within close relationships, including themes that emerge in couples, parenting, and family life.

My goal is to help you develop a deeper, more integrated understanding of yourself so that change feels not only possible, but meaningful and lasting.

Specialization

My research focus is on the transition into motherhood, including postpartum emotional experiences such as anxiety, rumination, identity shifts, and the often unseen complexity of becoming a parent.
